This Company is not a good one and should be investigated by the IRS. I have been trying to get a rebate for eight weeks.

Cannot even get to customer service by phone and receptionist does not know how to get to other members of the company and when she tried to get me to rebate I got a " heavy call volume will be a waith of at least 6 minutes and 57 seconds" I got that same message everytime I called. I sent my original rebate request with my cost for mailing and the required forms to the address label they gave to me.

I have heard nothing yet.

That is unacceptable treatment of a customer
