I only received one of the two items ordered.
Cannot get through to anyone on the phone - the order number keeps showing "Shipped".
They are not responding to any of my emails, which is what they instruct you to do when you call.
Apparently there is NO customer service

I've put my orders in but got charged twice what the order total was, so I emailed you but did not get an answer. I was told that there was a mistake in my debit card numbers and I had to start over. I did as they said,but it was on my bank papers that you charged me twice
Disappointed again
It's becoming a problem when you receive the catalog I try to order something and It is discontinued or sold out. How is that possible if I just receive the catalog.
I ordered an item 3 months ago. It's still on back-order. Why advertise items if they are not in stock. Customer service said they had plenty in stock.
I just received the catalog.
Stop advertising if it is not in stock. I wanted another item today and they don't have in stock

I put in an order and was told that I made a mistake on my information I put the order through again and it said the same thing .But twice as much was taken from my bank account and never got a refund .
Web order page doesn't load for my restaurant.
Even with different browsers, their order page doesn't load one "some" of my computers, but on others. Feels like the page is requiring something uncommon.
I was charged $44.98 on my credit cardonr 6-2-2021 and I did not order.
Would you please remove that charge from my bank card. I shut down my credit card but you still got yourwa money for no order.
I want my money back now. The bank knows about this transaction.. they will be getting in touch with you.
Give me my money back!!!!!!! Because of this I will no longer do business with you.

Regarding: tracking status is still unavailable
When I checked the status again after 1 week of my order since I still had not received it... it read: That my order was on "backorder" even though after 2 long waits on phone calls (over 2 hours) I was told that the item was indeed "in stock". First call the call was abruptly discontinued. The second call I was on hold another hour and asked the customer services' name or employee number in case I was disconnected again.
I was then immediately disconnected before being given a name or number now after a 2 hour wait, although both people stated the item was "in stock". Nobody bothered to call me back even though 2 people knew my number.
The next phone call I talked to Linda C. of Minnosota, (another hour spent-now 3 hours of my time) because I requested a supervisor immediately so as not to be hung up on. She also told me at first that the item was on backorder but then retracked that at the end of the phone call and told me that information was a "glitch in your system" and was incorrect.
She told me that the item was "in stock" after all.
I asked her for a discount on this item due to the 3 hours I had now spent, on the false information or false advertising and the misinformation throughout the process. I asked her for it to be overnighted. She told me all she could offer me was $10 coupon. Why would I accept coupons from a company that has treated me so poorly so far????
Why would I ever want to use a company like this again????? I have not yet gotten the item and am very unhappy that this item was "falsely advertised as "in stock" when the tracking says it is on "back order" and I have indeed NOT received it yet. However now being told that it is truly "in stock" according to now 3 of your employees.
I am now asking you that this item be greatly discounted and NOT with coupons. I want the purchase price due to my many hours spent with frustration greatly discounted and the item overnighted.
This has been a grueling experience and I don't believe I will have good reviews of your company but especially if you can't stand behind your work ethically after putting me through hours of work, toil, wait and still have not provided the purchased item but instead very quickly took the money.
I asked that the item be overnighted since I have already waited nearly a month and you have already very quickly taken the money. I was told that couldn't be done. Are you kidding? You need to take the "America" off your name because this is NOT how America deals with their misinformation, customer service or how America stands behind their service.
I do have affiliation with the media and without being discounted for this horrible service I am extremely tempted to recall my story publicly to make sure no one else deals with your awful service.
I hope to be notified quickly of your intention in this regard and I hope I receive the item quickly. This has all been unacceptable. It is no way to build business or get customers. It is the perfect way to create a bad name for yourself and your company.
Please prove to me I am wrong by honoring my requested discount and item purchased quickly.
Writing this letter took even more time but was suggested to me by your employees who could not get a direct answer to give me by phone. I usually make about $28 an hour and have now spent 3.5 hours dealing with something I already purchased and have not received. Hopefully you honor your customer's time as much as you honor your own. I have now spent $98.00 of my time trying to receive what I have already purchased.
I will be keeping my letter as reference to our conversations in case I need to take this further.

None of the other workers knew anything about the backorder and agreed it showed "in stock". She also told me that R. Winters was the president and owner of your company. I have since found out that this is untrue.
Why would you supervisor lie????
I may call the police about this situation if I don't hear back or receive what I ordered.

Laptop odered did not come with Windows 10 but XP. Requested invoice and returns instructions.
No response to my emails snd cannot contact by phone. After 4 weeks, filed complaint with Chase for freeze charge. Still waiting until Dec.
5th. No response I will toss.
Product not as advertised
The Canada grass seeds did not grow as advertised, I paid great money for numerous bags of these seeds and they never grew as advertised. I request a refund.
Additionally, I purchased a 20 inch tornado chain saw, and there are no local places that carry the type of chain that fits, all of the 20 inch chains are too large for this chainsaw??
I am a bit disappointed with heartland America. What can you do to help?

I order a speaker from heartland America i didn't like it and return back to Samson electronics which i talk with a lady name arionna on the phone which told me i they do a refund but to heartland America to get money back for the speaker that they already have received, when i call heartland America the phone doesn't give me a option to talk to anyone! I'm frustrated at this point because all i want is my money back and i won't be ordering nothing else from heartland America ever again! And i will let my people know not to order from them either!

finally received refund after I complained.
I returned an item for refund that USPS Tracking shows was delivered on Jan 3, 2020. Last week (about 5 weeks later) I e-mailed them and they said the item had not been received.
When I sent them a photo of the USPS tracking confirmation of Jan. 3, their reply changed to state that the request was not yet processed and would take 2-3 weeks.
This is an unacceptably long delay of almost 7 weeks still without a refund.

check has been cashed but I have not received product as of yet. i called and was unable to speak to a representative. i was instructed that the product as not shipped at this time, but i feel the item # was not the same.

Trying to find out about my watch that I sent two weeks ago cause the watch didn't work and suppose to get another one in it place or refund my money.
Haven't heard anything from the company. Can't call to find out anything.
