I called specifically to order 2 items for Christmas. It was about the first week in December so I called and asked if 2 items were in stock and would I be able to get them before Christmas.
Of course they told me "YES" and the items would be here by December 22. Well on December 22 I called asking for a tracking number so I could maybe track the items down. The response I get is "Well they were shipped yesterday by the wholesaler." I said these were gifts for my boys and I asked before I placed my order if they were in stock. I'm a single mom that works a lot.
I thought ordering online would have saved me the hassle of shopping but not thru heartlandamerica.com. If I knew this I would have went ANYWHERE but here!!It seems They lie to people just to get orders!!
I asked if they could look into why the employee told me one thing and something else happened. All they could say to me was "This stuff happens" I can see them going out of business really soon!!
