Twice Contacted Heartland America. Product was not shipped when specified by phone rep.

On second call, another rep claimed to have several of product in stock but can't verify shipping date. I requested to cancel order and have my PayPal account re-imbursed. Rep states that he can't do so and that refunds have to go through a supervisor. I won't live long enough to stay on hold for that.

The purchase was under $30.00 so we're not talking about a big cost. Nevertheless, I would expect that service be as stated, etc., etc.

Should have read buyer reviews before attempting a purchase from this company. Buyer beware!
