INSTEAD OF RESPONDING TO MY CANCEL EMAIL IN 48HRS THEY PROCESSED THAT CHEAP *** BIKE ANYWAYS. I CANCELLED AND DON'T WANT IT I WANT MY 400+ DOLLARS BACK.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM NOR ORDER AGAIN.
IF IT'S NOT AMAZON IN NOT BUYING. I'M DONE WITH THESE BUSINESSES THAT LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE

They are flat out lying to me. Haven't received product.
Long wait times with disconnected service. Operators giving opposite answers or don't know and don't know how to find out. Lied about emails and who is the owner. R.
Winters is a made up name and the email a supervisor gave me was fraud flat out lie. It's been 30 days and have not received product or answers.

I ordered two items, they cashed my check and never told me they didn't have the items. Its been three weeks since they cashed my check I called today and was told I would have to wait another 3 weeks for a refund.
if they didn't have the product why cash deposit my check. won't do business with them again

I purchased two Dell Laptop computers from HA. After placing the order we decided that we only needed one.
I called HA and told them to cancel, One of them and they said thy would. A few days later two dell laptops were delivered to our home.I was in the garage when they arrived. I went to the font door as the postman pulled away. There were two boxes left on a chair.
A sticker on the boxes showed they came from DELL. I went to the phone and called HA. Told them I wanted to return one of them. There was no paperwork from HA in the box I opened.
She gave me instructions on how to return it.We went to the post office and shipped the UNOPENED ONE to HA's Cheska MN office.They received it at 9:56 am on Nov. 18, 2019. Customer service told me it would take up to two weeks to get a refund, I asked why and she said it was POLICY. I told her it was my policy to deal with honest businesses.I have made my last purchase from HEARTLAND AMERICA.Buy local so if you don't want what you bought take it back and get an immediate refund.
Their day is coming, and i wouldn't change places with them for a million dollars.They should read the Scriptures and understand what they in for. It is called greedy of gain.

I joined their.memebership program but it seems like they've forgotten about me. They don't like answering my inquiries.
And I basically don't like the way they've been treating me.
I've been a loyal member for years now At this point I'm, sort of through with them. It may not seem like a big deal to them but it is to me
